Sunshine Coast.

Spent Tuesday with friends who came up from Brisbane to see us.  Met them in Derby WA in 2011 and have been friends ever since.  They have also camped up in our backyard.   Hopefully they are going to be on the road in a week or so and we should catch them again soon.   Took a drive up thru the Hinterland, taking in the small town of Kenilworth, visited the Cheese Factory and ended up trying so many cheeses it was impossible to decide.   Unfortunately for us we just bought one massive block of Garlic and Black Pepper.   It was a warm day and we didnt take a cooler bag and we had lots to do that day.   We will be camped up again not far so we can always go back for more.    The scenery thru the Hinterland was beautiful.   Had a picnic in Maleny, a very $$$$$ town that was once a hippie hangout, now just a "in" place to live.    On to Montville, a Swiss type village.   This was a great town.   We loved the quirky shops and great streetscapes.  Spent ages trawling thru the shops looking for that magic gift, but we didnt find it. The Cuckoo Clock Shop was great.  This Chapel is built from Sandstone, Timber and Marble.  Perched right on the edge of a valley. The rear windows, all glass, give you the most amazing view from inside.   Loved this town.
