Finally hit Qld. on Thursday afternoon. Great to see our friends Coral and Terry who live on 2 acres of paradise just 10 mins out from the beach in a very beautiful leafy area. We met Coral and Terry in Coolgardie in WA in 2011 and stayed in touch with them ever since. Caught up with them again in Maryborough last year. Terry is a car nut like Rick so they hit it off immediately. They offered their home as a base for us to use whilst on the Gold Coast. We all went to the local pub for dinner last night which was a great way to wrap up Ricks birthday. Excellent food and great company.
